Rawai Capital is a product studio that develops mobile apps and SaaS tools to fill the gaps we see in the world. If something should exist but doesn't—we build it.
Our Story
Built from the inside out
We didn't start as a product company. We started as operators—running ventures, managing clients, building systems to keep everything moving. Our days were filled with tools that promised to help but mostly got in the way.
CRMs that demanded 47 fields before you could save a contact. Form builders that broke the moment you needed conditional logic. Financial dashboards filled with “EBITDA Margin Variance YoY” when all you wanted was “are we making money?” Tools built for enterprise sales demos, not actual work.
So we started building our own. Scrappy internal tools that did exactly what we needed and nothing more. What surprised us: the gaps we were filling weren't unique to us. They were universal frustrations hiding in plain sight.
Our Belief
If we wouldn't switch to it, we don't ship it.
We don't chase trends or build what's “hot.” We build what we genuinely want to use ourselves—products we'll rely on daily and recommend to friends without hesitation.
No feature graveyards
Every feature we ship gets used—by us, daily. No "enterprise tier" bloat that exists purely for a pricing page. No settings screens with 200 toggles nobody touches.
Plain language only
If we can't explain it to a friend over coffee, it doesn't belong in the product. No "synergy dashboards" or "engagement metrics." Just clear words that mean what they say.
Fast by default
We've rage-quit enough sluggish apps to know: speed isn't a feature, it's table stakes. Every click should feel instant. Every page should load before you notice.
Opinionated, not configurable
We'd rather make one good decision than give you 50 options. Configuration screens are where products go to die. We do the hard work so you don't have to.

A small team building useful things
Rawai Capital Pty Ltd is an Australian product studio. We're a small, focused team that prefers building over pitching and shipping over strategising. But before we were builders, we were operators—running projects, managing systems, and experiencing firsthand what's broken about existing tools.
We fund our own products, move at our own pace, and answer only to the people who use what we make. No investors, no growth targets, no compromises on quality. Every product we ship is one we use ourselves.
